Wedding article by PITEIRA Photography April 30th 2015
Justine and Eric, an international love affair, both from South Africa but living in England for a few years, know Portugal from past vacations. They decided to choose Portugal as their wedding destination for the amazing weather that resembled their hometown and also because they loved our culture. Their wedding venue in Portugal of choice was in Cascais – Senhora da Guia Boutique Hotel, a charming hotel near Guincho where there is a team of specialized wedding planners - Destination Weddings in Portugal, that helped this lovely couple through the whole process of bringing their wedding destination in Portugal come true.
Because they just loved the ethereal spirit of Sintra they couldn´t resist to have their wedding ceremony in Portugal in the outstanding Monsserate Palace in the Sintra hills, an eclectic palace from the XIX century that combines both gothic and indian influences with moorish details. Together with family and friends they celebrated their love in this special scenery.
They took some beautiful wedding shots around the gardens of the palace. To end the day beautifully they headed towards their wedding venue in Portugal - Senhora da Guia Boutique Hotel and had their dinner wedding reception in the Terrassa Restaurant in the Hotel facing the pool and towards the ocean views.
